How to Use NAD+

How to MIX your NAD+ Vial:

Step 1 - Wash your hands!

Step 2 - Gather your supplies (NAD+, Mixing Solution, Mixing Syringe, Anti-bacterial Wipe).

Step 3 - Flip the plastic cap off the NAD+ vial and wipe the rubber stopper with the anti-bacterial wipe.

Step 4 - Open the mixing solution and withdraw 1ml (100 units) into the mixing syringe.

Step 5 - Add this mixing solution into the NAD+ vial by inserting the syringe into the rubber stopper and depressing the plunger.

Step 6 - Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you have a total of 2.5ml (250 units) in the NAD+ vial.

Step 7 - Wait for the NAD+ powder to fully dissolve.

Step 7a - If you are using the nasal kit, now is the time to transfer the mixed NAD+ into the nasal bottle.

Step 8 - Your NAD+ is now ready for use. Keep it in the refrigerator. Dispose of the syringe safely.

How to USE your NAD+ (SubQ Injection):

Step 1 - Wash your hands!

Step 2 - Gather your supplies (NAD+ (mixed vial), Dosing Syringe, Anti-bacterial Wipe).

Step 3 - Choose the location for injection. We recommend an area on your stomach.

Step 4 - Use an anti-bacterial wipe to wipe the top of the vial, and your chosen injection location.

Step 5 - Invert the vial and use the dosing syringe to withdraw 0.25ml (25 units) of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.

Step 6 - Gently pinch a fold of skin at your injection location and slowly insert the needle all the way into the layer of fat.

Step 7 - Slowly depress the plunger until all solution is injected and hold for a few seconds before removing the needle.

Step 8 - Dispose of the syringe safely and return any remaining NAD+ to the refrigerator.

How to USE your NAD+ (Nasal Spray):

Step 1 - Wash your hands!

Step 2 - Gather your supplies (NAD+ (mixed nasal spray bottle).

Step 3 - Keeping your head upright, place the nasal spray bottle just inside one nostril, taking care not to insert it fully.

Step 4 - Holding the other nostril closed, begin to take a long slow breath through the nose (keep your mouth closed).

Step 5 - As you are breathing in, press the pump on the nasal spray fully.

Step 6 - Keep breathing in through the nose until you cannot breath in anymore. Now exhale slowly through the nose.

Step 7 - Repeat steps 3 - 6 for the other nostril.

Step 8 - Hold both nostrils closed for 10 – 20 seconds (you can breath through your mouth at this point if you need to). Return any remaining NAD+ to the refrigerator.

Should NAD+ be kept refrigerated?

We ship all orders containing NAD+, in temperature-controlled packaging. Upon arrival, NAD+ should be stored in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

Is the subQ injection painful?

It can sting sometimes, and may leave a temporary small mark or bump. Remove the NAD+ from the fridge for 30 minutes beforehand as it can sting more when it’s cold.

Try various injection sites, and a new one each time. A 45-degree injection angle can help.

Where is the best place to inject?

You should administer the injection just under the skin into the fatty tissue.

We suggest using areas like the stomach, hips, or buttocks for these injections.
